Location: Birmingham Jewellery Quarter

Site 1-9 Carver Street and 120 Pope Street.  The site is located within the Jewellery Quarter Conservation Area and is currently derelict.

Permission granted for 30 new build apartments which comprise: 7 one bed, 18 2 bed, 1 2 bed duplex and 4 three-bed duplex apartments. We have chosen this design as there is very little like it on offer in the Jewellery Quarter at the moment, especially the duplexes and this reflects market trends particularly amongst young professionals moving to the city centre.   The apartments are well-sized and a number have private terraces. In addition, there is some on-site parking and a secure bike store. 

The main structure for the one, two and three-bedroom scheme, which range in size from 475 sq ft to 1,603 sq ft, has now been completed. (November 2019)
It is hoped that the developed will be completed by July 2020

Total scheme cost is c £7.2 million.
